Copy or Move lists between SiteCollections or Groups on SharePoint Online

The Move/Copy Feature really simplified moving Files on SharePoint online. When it comes to List though, it is not as straight forward.

It can be achieved by saving as Template with data once you enable Scripting on the site:

Set-SPOsite https://yourdomain.sharepoint.com/sites/modernsite -DenyAddAndCustomizePages 0

But what if you have attachments in the list and size is over the limit to export as Template?
